Order before 4:00pm to have your gear delivered to you the next working day - Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays, so last orders of the week must be made before 4:00pm on Thursday to receive your gear on Friday. Happy gaming!

Delivery FAQs.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

For now we’re focusing on providing the UK with the best selection of premium gaming gear and game-changing customer service in the market.


What courier do you use to delivery my gear?

We use the UK’s leading delivery partners to make sure your gear is delivered on time, safe and sound. DPD, TNT and UK Mail are our superfast delivery heroes of choice.


Will my items all come in the same delivery?

Usually, yes! To get you the best price and availability, sometimes we source our products directly from the vendor or distribution partners, so on rare occasions you may receive more than one delivery for your gear. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged ay extra - you’ll get our supercheap flat rate delivery fee as normal.


I missed my delivery, what are my options?

Our courier will attempt re-delivery on the following 2 consecutive working days (Mon-Fri). If this doesn’t suit, please refer to the slip the courier leaves to say they missed you, and simply follow the instructions on there to re-arrange the delivery to suit.


Why does the delivery charge sometimes change?

Most of our deliveries are only £5.47, however, if some of your gear has to ship from a different warehouse, this can sometimes change to £6.99. This might mean the rest of your order will arrive later in the day from a different courier.


An item is missing from my order. Where is it?

In the highliy unique situation where an item is missing from your order, please contact customercare@esportsgear.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll investigate for you. Don’t worry, we’ll get you sorted in no time.


Can I have my gear left with my neighbour?

If you’re not in when our courier tries to deliver, then they may leave it with a suitable neighbour if it’s safe to do so. If not, then they’ll attempt re-delivery the following 2 consecutive working days (Mon-Fri), or you can refer to the slip they left and arrange a re-delivery to suit. You may also call them and arrange to collect it from the local depot if you’d prefer not to wait.
