Are there any surcharges for credit cards or PayPal?

Not on our watch! We don’t believe in passing charges onto our customers. There’s nothing more annoying than seeing the total cost jump up just as you’re about to finish your order.


Do you deliver outside of the UK?

For now we’re focusing on providing the UK with the best selection of premium gaming gear and game-changing customer service in the market.


What courier do you use to delivery my gear?

We use the UK’s leading delivery partners to make sure your gear is delivered on time, safe and sound. DPD, TNT and UK Mail are our superfast delivery heroes of choice.


Will my items all come in the same delivery?

Usually, yes! To get you the best price and availability, sometimes we source our products directly from the vendor or distribution partners, so on rare occasions you may receive more than one delivery for your gear. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged ay extra - you’ll just our supercheap flat rate delivery fee as normal.


How do I return my gear?

It’s real simple. You can do this in just a few steps, see our returns page here for instructions.


I’ve cancelled my order, when will I get my payment back?

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and we will start the process of your refund immediately. If we have taken the payment, it usually only takes 3-4 working days, but some banks may take a little longer. Please note: If your order has already been shipped then we won’t be able to cancel it. In this case you can follow the steps on our returns page for “Changed your mind”.
